Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled service.

Late cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds:

If we are unable to resolve your issue, you may request a partial refund, depending on the case.

No refund for completed services unless the issue reoccurs within 24 hours and is deemed unresolved.
